Our History
Service Excellence
M.L. Johnson Company brings over 60 years of industry presence and excellence. Malcolm Johnson founded the company in 1964 after years of working for a valve company. Mr. Johnson’s goal with his new business was to have closer interactions with his regional customer base in order for him to provide more personalized and holistic support for their facilities.
Upon Mr. Johnson’s retirement, employees Mike Haumesser and Larry Mills bought the company to continue Mr. Johnson’s client-focused mission. That mission remains wholly intact today, with Paul Eagar, a loyal employee of M.L. Johnson Company since 2005, now at the helm.
Paul transitioned into ownership in 2023. He purposefully decided to maintain the company name, M.L. Johnson, as it has become synonymous in the industry with instrumentation expertise and service excellence.
